The Smart Soil keeps water distributed evenly inside the nanostructure, so the plant roots have access to water at all times.

It makes sure plants have perfect pH-level and get the optimal configuration of water, oxygen, and nutrients.

The growth medium is made of natural, renewable materials, and contains no pesticides, fungicides, hormones or other harmful substances.

Sprouting guarantee: If your plant doesn't sprout, we'll replace it. Pods are good for up to two years.  Store them in a dry, cool place until you are ready to plant.

Eruca sativa

Edible plant.

Sprouts in: 7 - 14 days

Harvest in: 5 - 6 weeks

Grows best at: 64°F – 75°F

  • It may appear to be growing slowly at the beginning. Once it has germinated, growth will soon accelerate.
  • You may start harvesting single leaves approximately three to four weeks after planting or harvest the whole plant after five weeks of growing - it is up to you.
  • Please note that Arugula is a heat sensitive plant and grows better when the temperature is between 64 to 72 °F (18 to 22°C). High temperatures inhibit germination and promote bolting.
  • Harvest the whole pod in five to six weeks - at this point it tastes best and has the highest nutritional value.
  • If your Arugula starts to flower, you can use these edible little white flowers to garnish your dishes... But don't expect it to grow more edible leaves after that - the plant is done after flowering.
